Hi. I was wondering if anyone out here has a favorite movie they like to watch in descriptive format. I have about ninety of them, but my favorite one right now has to be Titanic. I saw it when it first came out but thought it was boring. However, when I saw it again the other day in descriptive format, it brought on a whole new meaning for the film. I know, its old and a lot of people have probably forgotten about it by now, but I still think its a good movie, not only because of the love story, but because I've had a fascination with the real titanic since I was a child. So, forgive this long post and let me know what your favorite dvs movies are.

You wanna talk oldies? For me, its between "The Unt for Red October" and "Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home." I used to have a really bad attitude about DVS Movies. I've only seen one in the theatre, and it was kinda funny, because I knew what was going to happen and screamed "No, don't do that!" I never felt so many evil stares in my dirrection before or since.

I don't have any Descriptive videos myself, but I do borrow them from my regional lending library. I love all of the Harry Potter movies and Schindler's List. I know that one's very sad, but it was very well done.

I really ought to check that one out. I've heard both good and bad about it.

It definitely helps to have the audio description for that one. I didn't understand a lot of what was going on when I first saw it without description.
